The Live Expert system is immediately ready for mobile use and easy to handle. All you need is a smartphone or tablet on which you can receive the link sent to you by the expert.

To start the live transmission, the claimant activates the link sent and connects online with one of our motor vehicle experts. After a few clicks, the video live review can begin. To do this, the expert will direct the loss taker around the damaged vehicle. During the live broadcast, the car expert sits in front of two screens in the live-expert center. The live video stream is transmitted in real time to one of the two monitors of the expert. The expert triggers the required photos for the documentation itself during the transfer and simultaneously creates the damage calculation on the second screen at the same time. After about 20-45 minutes, the calculation is available as a sound basis for decision-making.
